Bio

Diane is a third-year PhD student at the Department of Communication at the University of California, Davis, advised by professor Jingwen Zhang. Prior to joining UC Davis, she earned her MA in Global Business Journalism at Tsinghua University and BA in Economics and Mathematics at Emory University. 

She is interested in the convergence of health communication, human-computer interaction, and conversational agents utilizing artificial intelligence and computational methods to enhance health behaviors.
